chicken with onions and beer spek
Recipe by the legendary YELLOW SAFFRON
goodness of disarming and that lent itself well to lunch on Sunday.
I used these ingredients
1taglio pllo composed of two legs and two Thigh
1 and 1 \\ 2 golden onion
80 g sliced \u200b\u200bsmoked ham
oil 1 knob of butter 200 ml of beer
2 teaspoons flavoring salt & pepper to roast
First I sliced \u200b\u200bthe onions and I made them brown in a skillet with a little 'oil and the spek cut into strips. To braise them, I also added a spoonful of hot water.
back into an other pan I browned the chicken for 10 minutes with 4 tablespoons oil and butter. I seasoned with spices and a little pepper. I added the chicken, onions and smoked ham, I soaked in beer and I continued to cook on low heat for nearly an hour, leaving uncovered and stirring often.
I then accompanied the dish with a fine diced potatoes, peas and carrots.
