cake with bacon and mushrooms herbs
The pies are a real ace in the hole!! They always (or almost!) And are a great idea for a snack or delicious un'antipasto.
1 roll puff pastry 1 pound of bacon 1 jar of mushrooms
100 g cheese, grated Parmesan cheese 1 egg
5-6 "cubes" of frozen herbs

I did cook the herbs in boiling water as shown in the box.
I then blown up in a pan with a little 'oil, salt and pepper.
