This recipe found in the latest edition of Modern Kitchen I have made their mark and will surely be the next dinner table with friends is easy, fast and above all impressive!
Serves 4
3 pork sausages
turkey sausage
12 brussels sprouts
50 g spek
oil
I cleaned sprouts and I made them cook in a pressure cooker for 5 minutes from the whistle of the pot. I
meanwhile cut into pieces of sausage and frankfurters about 4 cm.
I wrapped the sausages in a piece of smoked ham.
I soaked wooden toothpicks to skewer (this to prevent burning during cooking)
So I made up my skewer with a piece of sausage, a sausage and sprout.
I did then cook over high heat in a nonstick skillet with 2 tablespoons oil for about 8-10 minutes
