Where Can I Buy Old School Roller Skates?

pie

Air Spring and finally to celebrate the arrival of milder temperatures and above brighter days I made this pie.

... Actually there is only the concept of spring ....... or is the result of the first that have been spring cleaning the freezer and the fridge !!!!!

1 roll of puff pastry
4 cubes of frozen greens (spinach is also excellent)

1 large onion 1 pound of mortadella
100 grams of 100 grams of mascarpone cheese

2 tablespoons heavy cream 1 egg

4 grain
tablespoons oil salt & pepper

First I boiled the herbs in a little water, I drain well and I let them cool.
In the meantime I did a little oil fry the sliced \u200b\u200bonion in a rough and I added a ladle hot water to braise them further. Salt and pepper.
I worked in a bowl until creamy ricotta, mascarpone, cream, egg, and Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and then I added the herbs and onions. I mix well.
I held a cake pan with parchment paper, I have spread over the pastry over and I put the slices of mortadella. I poured the mixture of cheese and vegetables and I baked at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
